In order to keep our service repair costs as reasonable as possible, we have been forced to institute bench evaluation fees.

If your repair is a minor one, we would automatically repair the item as the estimate charge is the minimum charge. Most electronics are repaired for the minimum or "go ahead price". If the cost to repair is more than the estimate charge, we will contact you with the complete cost to repair before doing any work. If you approve the repair cost, the estimate fee is applied to the cost of the repair.
